Paulina Castro

EXPERIENCE

Paulina specializes in corporate matters and information technology. In the corporate area, she has advised clients on due diligence processes and mergers and acquisitions in general, as well as having served as inhouse counsel for a technology company with regional reach. In matters related to information technology, she has helped manage legal risks in the implementation of technological solutions, contracting SaaS and IaaS services, public tenders, contentious administrative law, execution of complex technological projects (cloud brokerage, cloud computing services, and infrastructure in general), and has negotiated contracts with key technological players (Amazon, Google, Microsoft, SAP and among others). Additionally, she has advised companies in the participation of the Program for the Attraction of International R&D Centers of Excellence for Competitiveness 2.0 of Innova Chile, Corfo.

Previously, she served as director of the information technology area at Pagbam Schwencke (2020-2022), as inhouse counsel at Tivit Chile SpA (2012-2022), as a senior associate at Aninat, Schwencke y Cía (2012-2020) and as junior associate at Toro Cruzat y Cía (2010-2012).
