History
Honorato Delaveau – HD Legal was founded in 2014 by José Luis Honorato and Gonzalo Delaveau, lawyers with outstanding track records in corporate, finance, M&A, capital markets and dispute resolution. Today the firm is led by its partners José Luis Honorato, Gonzalo Delaveau and Mauricio Riesco, and advises domestic and foreign clients on M&A, corporate law, dispute resolution, energy, mining and infrastructure projects, finance, venture capital and administrative and regulatory law.
