Gonzalo Delaveau Swett
EXPERIENCE
Gonzalo has extensive experience in complex and innovative corporate, financial and commercial transactions in both the domestic and international markets, as well as in the development of energy, mining, public concession and natural resources projects.
Between 2012 and 2014, he served as Of Counsel at Aninat Schwencke y Cía., and prior to that he was a partner at Guerrero Olivos (2000–2012).
Previously, he served as Legal Counsel for the corporate area of The Chase Manhattan Bank in Santiago, Chile, and as an associate at Ossandón, Uribe y Hübner.
He is a member of the Best Practices Committee of the Santiago Stock Exchange (Bolsa de Comercio de Santiago) and the Chilean Electronic Stock Exchange (Bolsa Electrónica de Chile).
