EXPERIENCE

Irene specializes in litigation, arbitration, and other alternative dispute resolution methods.

She has advised several companies and renowned banks and financial institutions in the resolution of litigation and arbitration of various kinds, including legal advice in construction, consumer protection, regulated markets, among others.

She also has experience in other alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation, negotiation, and conciliation.

In 2023, Irene was appointed as a Young Arbitrator of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce (CAM Santiago).

Also, she previously worked as an associate lawyer at Morales & Besa (2015- 2017) and Bulnes Urrutia & Bustamante (2017-2018). Subsequently, she worked as in-house counsel at AFP Cuprum (2018 – 2021).

She is co-author of the Publication “Foreign investment – Doing Business in Chile. Chilean-British Chamber (2017).

Appointed as arbitrator judge of the Court of Appeals of Santiago and Talca for the years 2025-2026.

EXPERIENCE

Nicolás has an extensive experience in litigation and arbitral procedures, with an emphasis on tort and contract trials, representing local and multinational companies defending their interests. 

Previously, he worked as an associate at Parraguez & Marín focusing on matters related to civil, commercial litigation and administrative disputes (2022). Between 2017 and 2020 he worked as an associate in the litigation and insurance practice area at Ríos, Ramdohr, García Abogados.

 In academic matters, he works as assistant teacher in the procedural law department of Universidad Diego Portales (2018 – present).

Appointed as arbitrator judge of the Court of Appeals of Santiago for the years 2025-2026.

Demetrio has experience in corporate and tax matters, with an emphasis on national and international transactions in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and project financing.

Previously, he worked as a in Guerrero Garcés Abogados (2019-2021), in Pérez Videla Abogados (2015-2019) and as a paralegal in the corporate group of Barros & Errázuriz Abogados (2011-2013).
