PROFILE

Nicolás has extensive experience in litigation and arbitration, with particular emphasis on contractual and tort liability. He has advised domestic and foreign clients in a wide range of judicial and arbitral proceedings, consistently safeguarding his clients’ interests.

He previously worked as an associate at Parraguez y Marín, where he focused on civil and commercial litigation and administrative disputes during 2022. Between 2017 and 2020, he was an associate in the litigation and insurance team at Ríos, Ramdohr y García Abogados

Since 2025, he has been included on the roster of arbitrators of the Santiago Court of Appeals.
