PROFILE

Demetrio has more than 10 years of professional experience, focusing his practice on Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). He has a solid track record advising clients on corporate governance, due diligence processes and the structuring and execution of complex transactions, including project finance. His experience includes active participation in both domestic and cross-border transactions, as well as strategic advice to companies across a range of industries.
