María Soledad Marín

EXPERIENCE

Soledad has over 12 years of experience in corporate, real estate and company law matters, leading the day-to-day advice and management of the legal needs of companies and real estate companies in relation to the development of their businesses and projects.

She joined HD Group in 2024 as a senior associate in the Real Estate, Engineering, Construction and Project Finance practice. In December 2025, she was appointed director of the department due to her outstanding career.

Previously, she was a senior associate at Barros, Silva, Varela & Vigil Abogados.

In 2025 she founded WRE – Women in Real Estate, the first network of women lawyers in real estate law, urban planning and construction, and project finance.
