His experience includes advising major multinational companies on their investment decisions in Chile, the development and financing of greenfield projects in the energy industry, public and private infrastructure tenders and M&amp;A transactions involving energy assets, as well as advising large-scale copper mining operations.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Between 2007 and 2011, he was an associate in the infrastructure and natural resources practice of Aninat Schwencke y C\u00eda. From 2011 to 2013, he served as Chief Legal Advisor to Chile\u2019s National Irrigation Commission (Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Riego).
