His experience covers electricity concessions, submissions to the Environmental Impact Assessment System (SEIA), negotiation of land-use agreements for the development of energy and mining projects, expropriation, State liability claims and actions for the judicial review of State action, public law litigation, government contracting, electrical and mining easements, permits, the use and exploitation of public property, community relations and project due diligence.<\/p>\n<p>Between 2009 and 2014, he worked as a lawyer in the Litigation and Arbitration practice of Guerrero Olivos Novoa y Err\u00e1zuriz. Between 2014 and 2018, he worked as a lawyer in the Litigation and Arbitration practice of Cubillos Evans, focusing on litigation, applications and claims relating to Energy, Natural Resources and the Environment, as well as on leading due diligence for energy projects and community relations.
