Dicho modelo consiste en la implementaci\u00f3n de un programa de cumplimiento que, sin ser mandatorio, permite incorporar medidas organizativas y de funcionamiento que aseguren la correcta aplicaci\u00f3n de la Ley N.\u00ba 19.628.
