El 20 de agosto de 2024, la Contralor\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (CGR) emiti\u00f3 un dictamen estableciendo que la Direcci\u00f3n General de Aguas (DGA), ha actuado m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de sus atribuciones en la dictaci\u00f3n de ciertas Resoluciones Exentas y Circulares interpretativas del C\u00f3digo de Aguas.<\/p>\n
