EXPERIENCE

Javiera focuses her practice in Real Estate and Corporate area, with an extensive experience in real estate matters, development and project finance, with emphasis in corporate affairs, mergers, and acquisitions, both in domestic and international transactions.

She has represented and advised local and foreign clients in different areas such as real estate, agriculture, hotel and tourism, technology, insurance, education, among others.

Javiera previously served extensively in the public sector, working as Chief of the Law department of the Ministry of Woman and Gender Equality (2018-2022). From 2014 to 2018 she worked as an associate corporate lawyer at Bofill Mir & Álvarez Jana.
