EXPERIENCE

Camila is a senior associate in the Fintech area of HD, advising several national and international clients in matters related to financial regulation, corporate law, securities market and corporate finance. She focuses her practice mainly on startups and the different services of the industry such as cryptocurrency exchanges, open banking, remittance companies and digital lending platforms.
She is currently finishing her LLM in Competition and Regulatory Law at the Freie Universität Berlin, Germany.
Previously, she was an associate in the Banking and Finance area of Morales & Besa (2020-2022) and in the Corporate Finance area of Alcaíno Abogados (2018-2020).
